Oz was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The dealership offered a wide selection of vehicles, and we ended up purchasing a van for our church. Oz guided me step-by-step, remained flexible with our schedule, and provided exceptional support.The van was in great condition and offered at a very fair price. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.Even after the sale was finalized and the “as-is” purchase agreement was signed, Oz went above and beyond to ensure everything was right. Although he was under no obligation to do so, he addressed a few concerns we had without hesitation. For example, the tires on the van had passed inspection, but I had assumed they would be replaced. Without any issue, Oz took the initiative and had new tires installed. Additionally, when I noticed a few light bulbs were out, they simply asked me to bring the vehicle back in to take care of it—no questions asked.Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Oz truly earned our trust and business, both on behalf of our church and personally. We highly recommend this dealership and Oz for anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and excellent service.

I run a small business and this is the second van I have purchased from Mr. Roberts. They have had the vans I needed, are very low pressure sales, and have taken excellent care of me! I always check Mr. Roberts when I need a new service vehicle.

I didn't walk onto a car lot. I stepped into an experience curated by someone who genuinely cares.From the moment I met Oz, I knew this guy was different. No pressure, no salesy nonsense, just a genuine conversation. He listened, understood my needs like a mind reader, and — I swear — manifested the exact car I didn't even know I was dreaming of.The car? Immaculate. The price? Fairer than a fairy tale. The paperwork? A breeze. And Oz? A legend.This man could sell ice to a polar bear, but instead, he chooses to sell great cars to good people with honesty, humor, and heart. I came here looking for a van for my business, marko was the one who helped me and right away he was honest upfront. There was never any pressure to make a sale and he made sure the vehicle had everything in order to ensure I got a reliable car. Not once did I ever feel like he was being shady or dishonest, we need more people like this in the auto sales industry!I went to Georgi’s auto the day before and the owner was a complete jerk. Marko made everything very easy and filled me in on the history of the car as well as what else needed to be done to it. When I expand my business I will absolutely be coming back to Mr Robert’s auto sales. I couldn’t be more happier!

Marko was excellent. He had the truck ready for me to test, was low pressure and gave me all the time I needed to test drive the truck and get my questions answered. I also met the owner briefly, and he was kind and courteous (to me and Marko!). Highly recommend Mr. Robert's Auto!!
